| Long time no see guys. Good to be back.
Is a trem possible on a 6er bass? Say an Ibanez Sr506? | |

| obviously they make it, as far as if it would fit in that bass..who knows.... The 7416 is Made in USA Replacement Parts Made to retrofit any flat bass body. The only 6 string cam operated bass tremolo in the world! This was like the one that ripped through the 80's like a wildfire but in sixwire form. Take dive bombing to a new level and choose Kahler for new sub sonic lows as you drive the song home. Check out Locking Tuners for your bass to keep it perfectly in tune. All Hybrids come with an arm, mounting hardware and routing template. Wammi price: $224.25 (reg. $299) Choose Color Right or Left handed | |

| I'm just saying, as far as the B and C strings go. Would those be hard to maintain? | |

| Hey there T! Glad to have you back, Bro! By maintaining the B and C strings, are you asking how stable they are tuning-wise? Honestly, I have no clue, as I haven't ever played a sixer trem before. But given that Kahler's are so rock-solid, my guess is that it isn't hard to keep them up to snuff. My Kahler fiver works perfectly, even with my low string being a low A. I imagine that a low B and a high C would be fine. | |

| I had a 6 trem Kahler on a Carvin years ago and although it works, the spring tension is so great that bending the strings takes a lot more force, not horrible, but after playing a 4, that is really responsive, you don't get that on a 6 . I ended up selling it. Not a bad bass but not a great one. | |

| If I remember correctly it was about $400. They were reluctant to do it at the time because they left the market & were making golf clubs or something. They machine the bridge & built the rest with left over pieces. It was before the internet or in its infancy at the time. | |
