| Considered by many to be the gold standard of bass tremolos, the first Kahler bass trems were introduced around 1980 or 1981. They are noted for their ease of use, their tuning stability, and the fact that the routing to install one involves removing much less material than other bass tremolo designs. Their website is at: www.kahlerusa.com Four-stringer version: Fiver: Sixer:

| Quite.... I wonder if you can still get the 2410s anywhere new or if they still make them. Kahler isn't really clear on whether production has stopped or not, but I know for sure that Wammiworld doesn't sell them anymore. | |

| I don't believe they are making them anymore, but they do turn up on eBay from time to time. | |

| Hmm. Wonder why. Cost too much to produce compared to the 7410? Can't do anything the 7410 can do? They want a new image with the 7410? I don't know.
I have a 2 spring 2410 on my Kelly, but it doesn't do much good (besides sound killer) there. | |

| I think the 2410 is still available,but on a custom order basis.I prefer the look of the 2410 to the 7410 | |

| Hmm...I'm interested in getting one some time, just to be different, you know? I'll have to look into this. Wonder where you have to go to get one. | |

| It's on KahlerUSA's site. It is quite expensive compared to the hybrid.I bought one from them when they started doing business again in 2005. | |

| I'll bet, but I'm still curious. I agree that they do look really sleek compared to the 7410 and there's something about the solid cam that seems to sound a bit more burly to me. | |
