Hard to believe. I grew up hearing both names so often over the years. My sister and I listened to The Jackson Five when we were really little, and of course, I remember when Charlie's Angels was on TV.
I was never a fervent fan of Michael Jackson, and I think he had a lot of issues. But I also think that he contributed a great to the world of popular music. And I always thought Farrah Fawcett was a great actress, and I think she did a lot for many good causes later on in life.
I guess it's more of the idea that two major reminders of my youth while growing up in the 70's are now gone, and it's a little unsettling.
