Forward saddle Kahler for a Jazz Bass?

So I have an opportunity to buy a forward saddle Kahler that,according the Kahler site, will fit a Jazz Bass. However, when I took one of my Jazz Basses to have it fitted the tech told me that it would physically not work. Hmmm.
So, anyone here ever add a Kahler to a Spector NS or an Ibanez BTB?

Hey Juan. Sorry for the late reply. I've been crazy busy with a ton of other things going on.

You may have already resolved this issue, but for what it's worth, my experience tells me that a forward-roller Kahler will not fit on a Jazz bass. At the very least, you would wind up with the back end of the frame hanging off the end of the body.
