| Have just felt creatively frustrated the past year and have been looking for something to get the musical magical mojo flow%ng again. Always looking to be a better bassist, pehaps its time for schoolin on being a better musician. Traded the ironbird, the bantam and another washburn for this ...... I really dig it. The p90's are sweet with vintagey goodness and drive. Plays great! Will you guys still talk to me now? | |

"take that fender neck off that plank and put a mighty mite on there."
"5W tube amp? thats weak. i aint buying anything under 300 watts!"
"ampeg sucks!"

| they have an open board, so swearing is normal and they do a lot.
They absolutely respect me for what I can do, but what I play even if it is a jackson like the rest of them?...hahaa never.
the old " take the b off of bass and that's what you are for playing one" attitude. I love them all and love the publicity more.

| oh ya, let the harassment begin, just like TB. "hey gang what do you think of my new Fender, it used to say Squier on it but I wanted people to think it's a Fender"
then you get a flurry of pos and neg posts.
"cool it's yous so what" "are you that much of a ***** you care what others think" << oh wow you can't say the other word for a cat on this board. "that's just wrong on so many levels" "if I see it on ebay i'm gonna report you"
oh hell, the list goes on and on till it's just funny.

| Heck, I sometimes play with the idea of getting me a Strat one day to mess around on. | |

| I sold off all my guitars including a nice lefty Charvel 575, but I STILL have my lefty series10 that was the match for the bass Mike redid.
so I never say converting, just "supplementing".

| hey eric.
You saw the pic of me with the strat copy hondo. That was a mediocre guitar for $300 back in 87.
Yesterday I played a fender starcaster strat. It was $100. I was really impressed. Played better than that hondo I had. Played better than a lot of $400 guitars I played when I was shopping around. Cant beat a decent guitar for $100. Cheggidoot.

| I have two guitars left, a Synsonics noname and a mahogany strat that I built a year or so ago. My others I've sold, except one Schecter I gave to a friend of mine. | |
