They opened with imagine and I thought, "oh no, they are gonna do the obscure covers thing"

Then they ripped into the package.

They played about 4 new songs, mixed in with mer de noms and 13 step songs. They played gravity and I never heard that live. They did an alternate version of the pet that was heavy, powerful and very visually stimulating.

They threw another cover of peace love and understanding that should have been left out ... ide rather hear them play ozzy or bowie again.

Maynard talked about his philly cheesesteak experience ... funny.

Pretty awesome show.

The people who show up for these shows are pretty rowdy, tool fans and metal heads ... and not the kind of show APC is trying to have. They are so captivating and mesmerizing to the crowd that they suck everyone into the groove they are trying to convey ... successfully. I was watching everyone leaving the show and most looked happy and at peace. Very powerful.

I would still recommend checking out APC if you get the chance.
