Good local acts you think deserve more attention.

Basically this thread was inspired by a local band from launceston who i think are absolutely magnificent, and considering the internets generally warm reception to anything to do with chuck norris whatsoever i really don't understand why they don't have a gigantic army of internet fans already.

And there's this crazy troupe of old metalheads called Alien Probe that deserve more attention.

Hey you know there's this great band that I would have mentioned called Volume, but I'm not sure they'll be around for much longer since they're bassist is going to college in like a month and he was the only one I liked anyway

lots of local bands around here but none that I am so "impressed" with that I would sponsor them, or that I know have videos on youtube/facebook, I can link to you all here....

We had a couple guests at our show last night. Before I reveal who the guitarplayer is...anyone recognize him?

He's in Alders Appetite now and they were playing later inside and the other members were coming in later because their flight was late, so he was bored and while we were inside eating and b/s'ing, he saw our songlist and asked if he could jam so we rearranged the list so he could go down to the hotel grab his axe and plug in.

Ya just like I said in an old basement video somewhere in the list, here's a good example of some drunk old guys just having fun.

the guy we got on stage LOU, the hardrock owner was so shocked it happened like this, he gave us an extra 100 dollars...totally spontaneous jam for sure
