| Unfortunately Bobo, part of the problem is your Behringer head isn't truly putting out the 450 watts it's rated for. I read a review from a tech who put one on a scope, and reported that it was only putting out about half this, so I am inclined to think that it's Behringer being a bit optimistic.
But you can still make your rig louder with the right cabinets, so let's start by asking how much can you spend on an upgrade.

| Yeah the price range is key. But Right off the top of my head, I can think of a couple of cheap brands that I've heard people speak highly of, such as Avatar or Seismic Audio. A lot of people chase wattage in the amp and power handling in the cabs, but that isn't a good gauge of how loud your setup is going to be. Getting another 4x10 is a good choice because there's four more speakers as opposed to just one more with a 1x15. More speakers will let you move more air and be louder. | |

| Your best bet would be to look for a used cab. Check Craigslist or a local used music shop and see if you can find anything that'll suit you. | |

| No. It would work fine. As far as I know, you can't under power a cab, just don't over power it. | |

| you can underpower a cab ... but with bass wattage the tolerances are extreme. you probably wouldnt notice the effects untill you try to crank 200W into 1000W of cabs.
this is why i just upgraded my head to more wattage ... 300W into 900W of speakers was deteriorating the sound at higher volumes ... like you bobo; couldnt hear it over the drummer all the time.
but yes ... this cabinet would do you justice.
