| A while ago bassfuzz.com did a a demo of the Schumann PLL. The company calls it an "analog harmonizer," but its really more of a distortion+harmonizer+crazy *** noise maker. Unfortunately, the company shut down in 2005 and less than 100 PLLs were made. I watched the review and thought, "Thats kinda cool. Too bad they stopped making them." 3 weeks later, there was a thread on TB about how Schumann was going to start making pedals again. Suddenly my opinion on the PLL changed from "kinda cool" to "HOLY F***ING S*** I NEED ONE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Doesn't help that production still hasn't started yet. | |

| its like me with the wal basses ... when are they actually gonna start production again? dont they know i want one?
this is definately an awesome effect. the review mentioned the first model being noisy ... who cares? quieter would be better but this thing sounds so unique and has such drive, even noisy, it would stand out well.
kinda a burton - anestesia sound.
i could definately use something like this. | |
