| I've been gone the last few days visiting colleges. Anyway, to make a long story short, I was in Minnesota on Easter Sunday. One thing about the midwest I noticed is that they apparently take Easter a lot more seriously than we do in California, because there were no restaurants open. So, we ended up getting lunch at Whole Foods. While we were there, I saw something that I knew I must try: I'd heard these were good, so I ended up buying one. It actually isn't as bad as it sounds. There isn't really any whole bacon, either. Just little bits of it. The bacon should be saltier, but other than that, it wasn't half bad. Anyone else had this stuff before? | |

| Oooh man...that between two slices of Wonder bread with peanut butter and a bag of cracklins and a 7-11 Coke Slurpee...hog heaven for me!!! Apple smoked bacon is the most fantastic thing ever. I don't like Trader Joe's much (kinda pricey most of the time), but they have the most fantastic thick apple smoked bacon...I'd recommend it! | |

| How funny! I just saw a show on the Travel Channel (I think) where they visited that very facility that makes those! Intriguing to say the least! | |

| Nice, man! Yeah...stuff like cracklins and cheese-whiz gets me up in the morning. Just had a great dinner--fish sticks, kale with bacon, eggs, and mumsy wumsy's corn bread. Not too exotic, but fantastic!! | |
