Hello, I'm Sylvain, 36, father of 2, freelance bassist (some would say musical whore ) in the Quebec City region and newcomer to the world of bass trems and online forums. I've been browsing the board for a few weeks and now that the kahler is installed on my Jaguar bass here I am! Cheers to y'all.

Welcome SLY. This is a fantastic board for Kahler info, glad you found it as I did when Eric ( the founder ) opened it up. !!!! and if you surf around there's quite a bit of "normal" chit-chat in here as well.

Normal is hardly the word to describe much of anything around here... Welcome! How do you like your new trem?

well CB, I didn't want to scare him away by telling him we are all "family" here and sometimes the content of the threads is bizzare.... or to go look in the video section, and REALLY scare him!!!

Wow! Sly! That looks so rad! The Kahler really completes the bass' hot rod look. If you want a longer arm for your trem, go to fretsonthenet.com--he makes longer, vintage style arms out of stainless steel and a longer arm can make all the difference in the world!

Wow! A lot happens when I fall asleep early after work! Welcome to the asylum, Sly! It's always great to have new folks to add to the insanity around here. And like everyone else has said, there's no shortage of that here! That is one gorgeous bass, and the Kahler really adds a lot to it!
