stoopid economy.

i just got this job. i really like this job. i didnt even get a chance to rout out a bass body on the cnc!

the boss told us he is shutting down production the week after thanksgiving.

he sold the cnc router / engraver on friday. i came in this morning to an empty workspace.

how depressing.

well ... back to rebuilding basses in my basement. anyone looking for some custom work, lemme know. i also have several for sale. ill post em later.

Sorry to hear that...

Have you ever experimented with these Brown guitar Piezo-Midi pickups for the Kahler bridge? I'd be curious to try one...http://www.brownsguitarfactory.com/

Also that Attitude bass you reworked, was it wired with stereo outs?

Good luck to you...

Sorry to hear this, Bro. The economy does indeed suck right now. Hang in there! It has to get better eventually!

Thanks guys. Yes ... It does suck. My workspace is empty and all I have to do is break stuff down and throw it in the dumpster.

A:

Yes, the attitude is wired mono/stereo. Either jack mono has independent vol controls or use both jacks for stereo. This is the factory setup, not billy sheehans. His is stereo only; only one pickup in mono.

No, I never used any pezio setup. Those brown basses are cool!

Yes mike, ill talk to you this weekend about your repairs.

Eric, this yamaha is gonna be done in the next two weeks, pending any problems.

And one plus about loosing this job. A lot of the shop tools are now mine, including a royobi 3hp router.
