Never seen anything quite like that. Definitely taking notes from Alembic, it seems.

Quite closely, it seems. Makes me wonder if they aren't close to some sort of copyright breach, or perhaps they have some kind of agreement with Alembic.

Makes me wonder about my Kramer too, though it's really only the bottom of the bass that copies Alembic

I'd doubt it, Alembic, I think, are American, Jaydee, English, your copyright laws don't apply here, its why we have all the Rickenbacker and MusicMan copies we want.
