Hey guys! I'm back after a few year without really playing bass!

So due to a lot of movings and job changes, I let down my music playing habits, which is a shameƩ

I started playing again for the past month on my basses and I'm starting to get all fuzzy in my left wrist again. String tension is way to hard on my bass and it is killing my hand and wrist.

I have traded my long loved Epiphone Viola for an amazing Yamaha, but alas, the longer scale is killing me. String tension is good though.

I don't know if the Trem life is for me anymore though.

Anyway, how are you guys doing!!!!!

Maybe get a set of lighter gauge strings or something with lower tension til the wrist catches back up.

In the last 2 days, I've been hacking some wood and made a bass frome a squier Bullet I had. I've tuned and intonated it. Got some 45-100 round on it.

It's way easier right now. Full scale basses are out for me. I'll post some pics when i get hold of a camera!

Well 34 inch scale are the basses for me, I always enjoyed noodling on shorter scale basses when I (rarely) go in music stores.
They do have a certain ease to them but since I only play fretless, messing around with different scale lengths is the last thing I want to do.
