I'm pretty sure picture of the modded Bigsby in the "Other Brands" board belonged to him. That or his was very similar:

He had several basses with Kahler trems later on. One of them an Ibanez Musician from around '83-'85 and an Alembic graphite-necked P bass, which he called his "favorite messin' around bass". Cool

I love John Entwistle. Finally getting around to watching the entire Live At The Isle Of Wight DVD from start to finish. Loving the fuzzy, huge, wooly sound he makes!! affraid

This link says the trem is a Schaller but it looks like a Kahler to me.

Wish I could read the text on the trem. Wouldn't the 2410's not have been in production for a couple more years? Regardless I'd love to play that bass! Always wanted to play a Alembic.

alembics are beautiful.

more so than the stupid ridiculous bass collection john had, i wouldna minded having some of his amplifiers and cabinetry. sunn. nuff said.
